Q: Where exactly is the project located and how many plots will be there in this project? Is it worth buying a plot in the same for investment purpose? How much appreciation in can expect after 3- 4years?
The project was launched 6 months back and possession date will be around mid 2014. It has individual tap connection, childrens park, security, club house. The project is DTCP approved and is just 14 kms from airport. There are reputed schools, hospitals which are approx 2 kms from the site. It has 30X40 feet wide roads, titles are clear, underground drainage system , rain water harvesting.
Plots are available ranging from 1200 sq ft to 2400 sq ft and the price starts from 6.75 lac onwards for site measuring 1200 sq ft and goes upto 13.25 lac for plot measuring 2400 sqft.
The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 700 and as far as I know the project has been approve d by BIAPPA. About the builder there is not much information available over the net. :(
The project is located in Bangalore Kolar state highway consisting of 800 sites in various dimensions.Yes it is a good buy from investor point of view. The present rate per sq ft is Rs. Around Rs 550 to 699. The value of the property can take 35 % appreciation in 3 to 4 years time.
The Devanahalli-Kolar Road is just 5 km from Bangalore International Airport, is witnessing growing demand for plotted development. At present demand is largely from investors as social and civic infrastructure is yet to develop.
