Closeness to employment areas has also led to the rise of residential property demand. Private and government schools and colleges are found here. Malls and high streets are also present in this locality.

Are they providing any discounts or negotiations ? Which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project ??

@Gurmeet : The launching price will be around Rs 4,500. The completion date will be after one year. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,500.
