What is the present price per sq ft ? Are they quoting any discounts or negotiations ??

@Gurmeet : Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 30 lakhs and for 3bhk it would be Rs 50 lakhs..
