Q: I plan to invest in Samruddhi North Square and was wondering if this a worthwhile project and is the returns expected to be good ? Whats the positives and negatives in the property and track record of the company

Last day i had being to Thanisandra and happened to see Sign Boards of Samruddhi North Square. but i cudnt find the project. Project named Antaliea homes also been seen there. is this a new builder?

it is a good decision to invest in Samruddhi North Square in Kogilu Main Road located off Bellary Road. Yes definately one can see a good returns or capital appreciation as the locality has really taken off in recent times due to its strategic location with International airport situated just approx 25 kms from this project. The apartment is also in the close proximity to Manyata Tech Park and Hebbal which are all in a radius of approx 6 kms. The ongoing trumpet expressway will further boost the prices of the flats that are coming up in this region.
