Which all units are available there ? Can you tell me what is the price of the units ?

@Vivek : Units such as 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 40Lacs for 834 - 979 sq ft, and for 3bhk it will be Rs 79 lacs for 1682 sq ft.

@Vivek: Banks such as HDFC, LIC have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 4,700.

StepsStone Meenaas is located in Nedunchezian Salai, Sholinganallur. Sholinganallur of Chennai is a good place for families and IT professionals. This location will not get disturbed by the pollution. It is a calm, quite and safe place for living. Sholinganallur is the main place of the OMR.
