Which all units are available ? Can you please share the price details of the units ?

@Javed: Units such as 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 1bhk is Rs 24 lacs for 610 sq ft, for 2bhk it will be Rs 47 Lacs and for 3bhk it is 67 lacs.

Which all banks have approvals for home loans ? I have bank account in Bank of baroda. Do they have approvals ?

@Javed: Banks such as Bank of Baroda , HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd , State Bank of India , GIC Housing Finance Ltd , ICICI Bank , State Bank of Hyderabad etc have approval for home loans in this project.
