As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and it offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose. Within 5 years you can expect good appreciation.

Hello Viswanathan, units such as 3bhk is available. The price would be around Rs 1.64 crore to 1.69 cr. I liked the location. This is a Posh, well planed and well developed residential area free from slums and all roads are straight and broad and lined up with avenue trees and free from pollution, bus connectivity to all parts of the city, temples, church, hotels, cinema theatres, recreation parks and markets are the hallmark of KK Nagar.

@Vasanth : The current price per sq ft is Rs 10,300. The price for 3bhk is around Rs 1.69 crore for 1600 - 1650 sq.ft.
