This is a Posh, well planed and well developed residential area free from slums and all roads are straight and broad and lined up with avenue trees and free from pollution, bus connectivity to all parts of the city, temples, church, hotels, cinema theatres, recreation parks and markets are the hallmark of KK Nagar.

How is the accessibility and connectivity from KK Nagar to other parts of the city? I heard the bus service is good.

@Himani: The area is well connected with other parts of the city. It is just 12 km from Chennai City Railway Station and 10 km from Chennai International Airport. The region has a MTC Bus terminus located on Anna Main Road. Vadapalani is the nearest commercial area to K K Nagar..

As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and it offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose. Within 5 years you can expect good appreciation.
