Hi Khusbhu I have enquired about the bank approvals, they said almost all banks have approved the project. You can take 75% home loan from them.

With the new Mono Rail Project and Biggest Expressway of the delhi NCR “Eastern Peripheral Expressway” slated area has been seeing spectacular development.

Hey Imran according to my knowledge, the possession of the project is in 2014. The price they are qutoing is Rs 9.5 Lacs as BSP and this is the starting price. But I am unable to get know is about the bank loans. Which are the banks that have approved the project!

Hi Mr Maitra, this is a plot project offering 100sq yard to 150 sq yard plots. They also have residential units and the size ranges between 450 Sq.ft to 675 Sq.ft Are you looking for end use purpose or investment?
