They scrapped this project, I got a call from them ragerding one of my booked flat. Bloody hell, I waited for 3 yrs and then they told me to take back token amount of booking as project is cancelled because of dely in approval.

The project was launched in Dec 2012 and will be ready to occupy by Dec 2015 as work has been commenced and going on in full swing. Most of the leading banks like ICICI, HDFC and Standard Chartered Bank have approved for loans for this project. I think this is a good option to invest in a property in Siddhi Highland Crest since one can expect good appreciation in its value over a period of time. The real market experts have predicted that prices will go up further in this locality due to upswing in the industry.

Siddhi Highland Crest is one of the ongoing projects developed by Siddhi Group who are into this field for a long time. They have completed many residential as well as commercial projects successfully under their belt. As far safety is concerned, the apartments comes with high fencing walls with 24 hrs security. Though some areas face water crisis, Siddhi Highland Crest has no water problems as they have 24 hrs water supply. The builder is providing the best amenities like swimming pool, community hall, multi purpose gym, Wifi connectivity, Spa and Yoga center, solar water heating system and jogging track.

I am planning to buy a property at Siddhi Highland Crest that is located in Thane East. Can somebody tell me about the builders credentials and the possession date?? How secure is the locality as far as safety is concerned?? Does the area face any water crisis and what about the civic amenities??

Hi Abhijit,
Yes several residential projects proposed by Hiranandani and other builders too are coming up in Thane West. But came to know that property rates of Hiranandani are quite high when compared to Highland Crest. You have not mentioned about the budget you are looking at??? Moreover Thane West has come to a saturation level which are flooded with many residential as well as commercial projects. My advice would be to invest in a property in Thane East which is also fast catching up with other localities especially with Thane West. The prices of the flats are also competitive and reasonable and many flats come with many amenities offered by builders.

Siddhi Highland Crest is situated in Dhokali Naka in Thane East which is in close vicinity from Eastern and Western Express Highway. The apartment is also near to Thane Railway Station, reputed institutes, shopping malls, medical centers and financial institutions. If you are looking at convinience and comfort, then Highland Crest is the idea option for you.

Where is the project situated in Thane?? I am also looking to book a flat in Highland Crest since my work place is in Thane West. Since I have to travel all the way from Koparkaine to my work place, I am planning to shift near to my office as it saves time. Your suggestion will be off great help??

Hi Varun,

Siddhi Highland Crest offers 2 and 3 BHK flats. The area for 2 BHK's is 1147 sqft and 3 BHK is 1423 sqft. They are quoting Rs. 7185 per sqft. 2 BHK's cost Rs.82 lakhs onwards whereas 3 BHK's cost about 1.02 crore since I am also looking for a 2 BHK unit in Siddhi Highland Crest.
