Hello Friend, The project is already been launched and is one of the ongoing projects undertaken Sapta Shree builders in Thane. Most likely they will hand over the project by mid 2016. They are charging Rs. 8300 as rate per sqft. Several leading banks have approved for home loans for this project like HDFC, IDBI, ICICI, India Bulls.
