Ravi Group is one of the upcoming builders and promotors who have successfully launched many residential projects in Mumbai. Gaurav Woods being a part of their ongoing projects located in Mira Road. They are reputed builders known for quality, commitment and timely delivery of projects. Many banks like HDFC, HSBC and ICICI have tie up for loan sanction. As I am living in Gaurav Woods Phase I, till now I have not faced any major water crisis as such.

Heard that Gaurav Woods Phase II is developed by Ravi Group. What is the builder credentials?? What about the bank approval for loans. Is the locality facing any water crisis since I have plans of booking a flat in this project??

Hey Abhijit,

Gaurav Woods Phase II consists of 2 & 3 BHK and price for 2 BHK costs approx Rs. 60 to 75 lakhs based on area and 3 BHK are priced at 81 to 83 lakh based on area. Came to know that they are quoting Rs. 6000 per sqft. Gaurav Woods Phase II is coming up in Mira Road East in North West Mumbai. The area is well connected by road as well as rail modes of transport and is quite close to schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, multiplexes and banks which are just walking distance from the project.

Can you let me know what are the units available in Gaurav Woods Phase II and its rate. What is the rate per sqft they are quoting. What about the locality where the project is coming up as I have plans of buying a property?? Need your suggestions??

Hi Gaurav,

Came to know that Gaurav Woods Phase II in under construction which consists of 2 blocks and each block having 24 floors. The project will get completed by Sep 2015 and is located in Mira Road East.
