Folks, I have also purchased a plot in Shubhkamna Valley project. Now, they are calling up and asking that project is being delayed and switch to flats etc.. Did you get any similar call?

have you got the builder buyer agreement from shubhkamna? I also purchased a plot from them and they gave me the BBA last month. They did not inform me anything like that.

Hi I bought a 120 sqyd plot from shubhkamna valley - have shubhkamna got the all the approval from YEIDA and central govt and if not, what is the time frame they will get the approval and construction will be start??

I had bought a 120 sqyd plot from shubhkamna valley last year in feb and since then the there is no appreciation in the price...40% appreciation is a joke...

Hi, Mr Shah, i dont think that the appreciation is supposed to happen in a years time... the area is developing and there is still time..i am thinking of time space of atleast 3-4 years ... and that is the minimum time.

Hmm Mr Raj the connectivity and locality of the project both can be rated as 3 out of 5. There are no traffic issues so far and good schools and colleges are also coming. You can expect at 40 percent appreciation from this project.

@ Mr Verma banks like HDFC, ICICI, Axis all have approved the project you will get atleast sixty percent home loan from them!

Hey Deep the expected possession of the project is in Dec 2016 . You can take a grace period of six months to be in the safer side. The project is offering a lot of amenities

Mr. Harilal, I called up ICICI and HDFC regarding home loan for this project. I was informed that this project is not yet approved by them. I got the same reply after I called the shubhkamna corporate office.

Mr Verma the price they are quoting are Rs. 24500 per yard. This is not a unit based project this is a plot project. Hence you need to look for the sizes of the plots. They are offering 120 sqyrds to 200 sqyrds plots.
