What is the rate per square feet going on in this area? Can I get BBMP approved plots over there?

The current rate per sqft going on for plots in Gokare is Rs 700. All the plots in this area are approved by Gram Panchayat.

Gokare is situated in Devanahalli tehsil, Bangalore rural district of Karnataka. It is one of 217 villages in devanahalli Block along with villages like Binnamangala and Boodihal.

The area is very close National Highway 207. Gokare area is slowly and gradually developing, the area is around 2 kms from Devanahalli
