What is the size quoted for 4bhk and 5bhk ?? Can you please share the size quoted for with me ?

@HImani: The size for 3bhk for 1793 - 2300 sq ft, for 4bhk it would be 2180 sq ft, for 3bhk it would be 2874 sq ft are quoted in this project.

As far as I know It is an ideal place for residence, as it is located at a 5 minutes distance from the main road and software parks. Close to restaurants, banks, schools and shops. It is an ideal place to live, as it is at a safe distance from the main road pollution and traffic.

@Uday: The expected completion date will be by dec 2016. Amenities offered in this project are like Garden, 24Hr Backup, Security, Rain Water Harvesting etc. The project is loctaed in Kamarajar Nagar Road, Perungudi.

How is the connectivity of the location to the city ? Is there good transport system ?

@Himani: The public transport system consists of private vans, MTC buses and Perungudi MRTS railway station. Moderate traffic and ample traffic lights, parking is easily found here. However, there is still scope of development in term of roads.
