Hi,
Would anybody be able to update me as to the progress of construction. Are they in line with their targeted completion by March 2015. Please let me know, I have booked a 3BHK apartment of this project.

Yes they have successfully handed over the phase-1 and it is expected that the possession of Phase-2 will be December'2015.

@Vivek: Perumbakkam is good locality, great bus access and it covers basics such as schools, hospitals, grocery shops. Water is good and no water stagnant problem, and new roads were deployed recently. Very near to OMR & Vealchery which is becoming the heart the city now. Very near to IT Park good place.

Perumbakkam, a suburban residential hub of South Chennai. Many infrastructural development projects have been proposed in the area which are expected to add more value to the property market. The proposed Financial City and 60 feet road from Perumbakkam to Siruseri IT Park, will further add to the realty boom.

@Vivek: The expected completion date will be by feb 2015. Banks such as Axis, SBI, Indiabulls, IDBI, ICICI have approvals for home loans in this project.

Hi Shyam: The project is located on Near Global Hospital, Sholinganallur, Perumbakkam. Perumbakkam is a very prime location in Chennai. It is very near to Sholinganallur, 12 km from the TIDEL park and 10 km from Velachery. All the facilities are available in this locality also with good transport facility.
