Q: Do you have a Flood Level Limit elevation marked up for embassy perumbakkam.This is a must for all building / areas to be identified as Flood High Level areas. DLF has the FHL marekd up and registered. Please confirm if embassy has the embassy building in HFL elevation.

Q: How's the community? Are there enough kids? How secure the place is/

Latest Answer: About the Security... the phase I is completed and has 3 levels of security. first level is when you enter the phase 1 premise...with a manned security guard second level is when you enter the individual buildings which has a security guard in each block entrance third level security is by secure access cards for all residents. additionally, you can visibly see a lot of security and service staff inside the phase 1 complex.

Visiting the site
Q: I'v purchased a flat in the phase 1 of the embassy residency and whenever i wish to see the site, I'm not allowed beyond the barricade from where even my block is not visible. On enquiry relating to other bigger projects like this, i understand that the builder facilitated few visits by the purchasers and allowed them to see "during construction" by providing helmets etc. I can appreciate that the builder is too keen on our safety but why cant they allow atleast one visit during construction.

Need 3 BHK and 3 bath
Q: do you have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms or 2 bedroom plus study room? do you have terrace garden? are u finishing in Dec.2012 as you have mentioned.

Do you have independent houses also in the compound? or row houses?

Latest Answer: As far as I know the project has only 2bhk and 3bhk flats and the project is suppose to get completed by the end of this year.

Is the title clear?
Q: I want to know whether the title is clear or is there any issue with this project.

Latest Answer: Embassy Residency is the First Integrated Township closest to the Chennai city. The project is still under construction and it is about to get completed by December 2012. The project is approved by HDFC bank and it comprises of 2bhk and 3bhk apartments with price ranging from Rs 35 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs.
