Yes I have. Viallament in tower 79. It is the time we form a group to put pressure on the builder. Unitech has a very poor delivery project. There projects in Noida are awaiting completion for the last six years.
Resorts All the investors in the unitech uniworld please contact on phone 8553431402 for common action since the construction work had stopped for three months without explanation. .....Prem
The construction work has been stalled for Mose than a month with no plausible reason coming forth from the Unitech Group. There is a grave apprehension that the project might not be completed on time. Can anybody really find out the real reason behind the stoppage of work.
The project is spread over 20 acres of land and it is a B+G+4 floors structures. The rate per sqft going on in this project ranges from Rs 4100 to Rs 4200. The project is known to be approved by BDA and banks like HDFC, Axis, LIC, SBI and ICICI. Unitech Uniworld Resorts will have 2 club houses and 2 swimmingpool.
Forget the telephonic conversation with the marketing guy. No construction work is being carried out for the past three months without any plausible explanation. My only consternation that it does not meet the same fete as many of Unitech project which have been delayed for years.
