We have booked an apartment in tower 79 in phase 1. The construction work has not progressed beyond the basement in towers 78 to 82 while there has been noticeable construction in the other towers. No definite confirmation has been by unitech although we have paid around 40% of the total amount. Do we have a recourse.
Hey Prem, I am also planing to book an apartment in this project and the market person told me that the estimated possession date of the Phase I in this project is by March 2015.
