Spoke with the executive and got it clarified that the locality is currently approved by MHADA and shortly will come under TMC. As far loans are concerned, the builder has tie ups with HDFC, Axis, ICICI and India Bulls. You can visit and register at the sub-registrars office once you have booked the flat.

Hey All,

Can somebody tell me if the locality comes under TMC and which banks the builder has tie ups with as I do have plan of buying a 2 BHK in Saaga Sneh Sagar. What about the registration process?? Anybody on same page. Do reply??

Well Mr Modi,
The specifications include aluminium sliding windows, concealed wiring, false ceilings and pop finished walls. Looks to me this is a decent locality to buy a property for living or for future investment. Since the city of Mumbai is already choking with traffic, pollution and high rentals, this is an ideal place to invest in Thane west as the rates are still competitive and affordable.

Yes Mr Sri, I agree with you as more population belonging to middle class section are targeting this locality as the area is becoming one of the fast developing locality in Thane west. Besides good civic amenities, less pollution, well connectivity many are preferring to invest in this part of the city as the real estate market is looking promising and showing a positive trend.

I want to know about the specifications of Saaga Sneh Sagar coming at Vartak Nagar?? Is this a developing locality and is worth the money to invest . How is the approach to the site as I plan to book a flat. Any suggestions Plz??

Hello Ashish,

Saaga Sheh Sagar has 1 Block which consists of 21 floors which is coming up in Vartak Nagar in Thane west. The cost for 1 BHK is Rs. 55 lac onwards whereas 2 BHK's cost around 74 lacs onwards. They are quoting Rs 8100 as per sqft price. The amenities include garden, security, 24/7 power backup, recretion facilities and health club. Possession is likely by June 2017.

Will somebody let me know what are the units available in Saaga Sheh Sagar and its rate?? What amenities are they offering and when is the completion date of the project as I am keenly looking to book a flat.
