I am looking for reviews/experiences for Mantri Heights project.

Q: Looks like the project was startsed by Rakesh Builders and then Mantri took over. However the flats don't seem to be selling. They are quoting 70-72 Lacs and then offering a some discount. Wondering what's up. Any thoughts anybody?

I am planning to book an apartment in Mantri Global Heights, they have around 20 flats sold so far and they say that 5 families are already staying there. They have said that there is no electricity and water issues.
Please advise.

Please stay away from mantri heights, the construction quality is poor, they are not able to get electricity connection to the place for the last 6 months, shoddy finishing and they refuse to repair it and complete the project. Though the location is very tempting, its not worth the headache it comes with. I had bought there, but cancelled after going through the issues and waiting for an year to take possession. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Can I get some more information about the project like what is the current rate going on in this project? How many towers and apartments will be there in this project and the status?

The present price per sqft is Rs 4890 in Mantri Global Heights. The project will have two towers A tower with 52 units and Tower B with 63 units. A total of 115 apartments will be there. Banks like Bank of Baroda, HDFC, Axis, SBI, DHFL and Dena bank are providing home loan for this project. The project is ready to move in.

Hey Sadiq, Yes you are right the project was started by Rakesh Builder but at the initial stage only they sold the project to Mantri Developers due to financial crunch and later the construction was done by Mantri.

Even I was also interested in this project but for the time being I am not booking any property in the same. They are not ready to negotiate on the price they are quoting.
