Reliaable developers are land grabbers. They just grab land from farmers and make them wait to pay them compensation until they get their permissions. Once they get permission these guys just reject land owners. The plot adjacent to Reliaable gardenia belongs to me. These guys whit our permission caused damage to about 18000, yes eighteen thousand sq.ft of my property. When asked they made us run around their office for about a year telling us that they would need our land and would compensate for the same. But reliaaable developers said they would not need my land anymore..They did not compensate for the damages done to my property.

Hi Manohar, I would suggest you to take help from your legal expert in this matter. It is really sad that they did not compensate for the damages done.

boss,how will i know what type of issue,all stupid IT fools,sitting on internet want everything.go by yourself and see the O/S no written and talk to the locals,they will tell you about the incident happened police and all.

Builder review: Reliaable Developers is a forerunner in innovative and reliable housing and housing layouts. All their projects have been awarded certification of quality from the concerned government bodies- BDA, BMRDA and BIAAPA.

Locality review: Hosur road was once an outskirt locality in Bangalore but now Hosur Road has good connectivity to downtown city areas by BMTC bus services. The commuting will become more easy and smooth once the proposed Namma Metro gets operational. The National Highways Authority of India has constructed a 10-kilometer-long elevated highway from Madiwala and Electronics City. This toll road has made travel to Electronics City a lot easier. The portion of road between Madiwala and Electronics City is the busiest. To ease the traffic in that road, the city traffic police have blocked the movement of trucks in this stretch during the peak hours.

Reliaable Magnolia offers two types of plots 30x50 ( 1500 sqft ) and 30x70 ( 2100 sqft ). The rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 2850. The base price of the plots ranges from Rs 42.75 lakhs to Rs 59.85 lakhs.

As far as I know the project has been approved by Bangalore Development Authority and banks like ICICI and Axis.
