Aqualily is a part of Mahindra World City which has schools, hospital, shopping centres, restaurants, over 65 global corporate within itself. They are offering 1 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK apartments and 4 BHK duplex. The club house has all the modern amenities like gym, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court, aerobics room and more. They are also offering free interiors up to Rs 9 lacs on certain apartments. Definitely worth considering.

@Jackie: The project is approved by CMDA. Grand Southern Trunk Road (GST Road) or National Highway-45 is one of the busiest National Highways in Southern India with a total length of 472 km (293 MI). The highway exactly starts from Kathipara Junction in Guindy, a very busy confluence of five roads in South Chennai. It connects Chennai to its airport and the southern suburbs.

Hey Subramanium, The project is located on GST corridor of Chennai and spread over 55 acres. G S T Road is very well located area at Chennai. It is near by Allision, Apollo Tyres, Asian Paints Ltd, Diamilar, Renault Nissan and many more Company, banks and schools.

GST Road is the home to many manufacturing and IT companies. Sriram IT SEZ, Mahindra world city have many manufacturing and software companies. Many residential units are coming up at a fast pace here. The proposed bus terminus at Vandalur further adds to its value.
