I would suggest you to go for 3.5 BHK apartment or 4 BHK duplex as they are offering free interiors up to Rs 9 lacs for these apartments. They are offering world class amenities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, electricity backup, clubhouse, basketball court, play area, amphitheater, etc.
Aqualily is located within Mahindra World City, Chengalpet and the city is home to many MNC and IT companies and also has a hospital, shopping centre, school and other facilities in close proximity.
The real estate in this locality is growing and in expected to boom in recent future and hence I suggest you to take a decision and book an apartment soon.

Also G S T Road of Chennai is the well known place. It is next to Anna Nagar. All major amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals, etc are nearby. Road connectivity is also good.

As far as I know this is a good project as well as location. You will get good return in future if you are planning to do investments here.
