The locality is residential, quiet and clean. It has easy access to the beach, pollution free and the IT corridor is about 15 minutes away. There are several restaurants nearby. Several department stores and reasonable medical facilities available in this area.

Hi Anandraj, Marg Swarnabhoomi four seasons is located in East Coast Road ECR. It is pollution free, everything is available, one straight road enjoyable rides and lot of shops and schools and worshipping places, gym, beaches there is no other place like this in Chennai.

ECR Road is fastest growing city with multi fold appreciation. ECR very well developed place and it has good access to various parts of the city. It has become a it hub. Governments projects are proposed to come along ECR.
