Is the litigation on land resolved yet?

Q: Just bought a flat in Yuthika and realised later that the land is under litigation.

I assume you have booked your flat on A/B. What about the other bldgs? Have they received Occupany Certificate for Municaipal Corporation ?

What is the reason behind the land is under litigation. Has the builder has illegally constructed the project or has he not acquired prior approval or sanction from concerned departments. Do check out. Has the apartment has been demolished???? Feeling pity for you. Try to take back the money you deposited and invest in some other project in Baner. Dont delay the matter. Take a quick action.

Hello Shri,

Very sorry to hear that the flat you purchased in Paranjape Yuthika is under litigation. You should have checked out the documents and builders credentials before buying the flat. Better consult a legal advisor regarding this matter.

Hey, by the way didnt you check all the necessary documents with regard to the project. Approach the builder and ask for the refund money. In case if the builder doesn't agree better take the help of an advocate. Dont let your hard earned money go waste in this fashion.
