Where exactly is the project located and what is the current rate per sqft going on in this project?

The project is located at Yelahanka New Town, close to Wheel and Axle Plant. The current rate per sqft going on is Rs 3800.

I am planning to book a 2 bhk apartment in this project. What will be the total cost of the apartments and how much loan I can avail from bank.

A 2 bhk will cost you around Rs 57 lakhs including everything excluding Registration, VAT and service tax. You can avail 80% home loan from all the nationalized banks.

the builder says their is a provision for gym .....Is It Only a provision .... a empty room which can be made in to a gym ? or a proper gym with all the equipments

Ajantha Vihar is one of the going project by GD Builtech. The estimated possession date of the project is by mid of this. Banks like State Bank of India, HDFC, LIC and Axis.

Yes the project has been approved by BBMP. The project consists of 105 units in 2 blocks with 5 floors.

Yelahanka is already well-developed, located to the north of Bangalore, was previously foreseen as a satellite town, however, at present it is under BBMP- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike.

It is encompassed by a good number of schools, colleges and tech parks.

According to experts, growth of Yelahanka as a peripheral Business District in the coming years will help it evolve as a flourishing residential real estate destination.

The project offers 2,3 and 4 bedroom apartments with size ranging from 1290 sqft to 2025 sqft. The basic price of the apartment ranges from Rs 51 lakhs to Rs 79 lakhs excluding car parking.
