Work is on in full swing. A wing external plaster and top floor dome work is going on and in B wing last floor and top floor dome work is in progress. 83% is the due amount.

Hi Vineet,

The prices are negotiable at the time of booking. Many leading banks like HDFC, LIC Housing Finance, HSBC, ICICI and DHFL have approved for loans for this project. The area comes under the limits of TMC. The infrastructure and connectivity are fantastic with easy access from Eastern Express Highway. Thane station is approx 8 kms from the project. The project is surrounded by good schools, hospitals, malls, banks, colleges and supermarkets. TMC buses run frequent bus services to Thane station, Navi Mumbai and to CST.

Hi all,

Looks to me it is an excellent proposal to buy an apartment or invest in a project in this locality because the prices are showing good signs of appreciation. Being in the heart of Thane and close to many major schools, hospitals and banks, one can definitely expect a good appreciation in coming years.

Hi,
Got to know that the project was launched in the year 2011 and the launching price was Rs. 4900 per sqft. At present they are quoting Rs. 7600 per sqft. Rosa Royale has 1 & 2 BHK units. The area for 1 BHK is 685 to 700 sqft and costs Rs. 71 lakhs including registration and taxes. 2 BHK's range from 930 sqft to 1000 sqft and the price starts from 92 lakh onwards.

Are the prices fixed or negotiable??? Which banks have approved for home loans??? Does this locality come under TMC. How good is the infrastructure and connectivity??? Do let me know as I am interested in booking a 1 BHK flat in Rosa Royale.

Spoke with the concerned person and got to know that the project will be duly completed by March 2015. I have booked a 1 BHK flat in this project in the year 2013. Went to the site and saw construction work is going on in full swing.
