In short do not buy from this builder. I bought an apartment from this builder it was delayed by more than 5 years on top of that he increased the cost mid way.
He has not even provided BESCOM connection to the apartment, we owners are struggling with a high tension construction line. We will take him to court, but all of us are suffering and life has become miserable.

This project has no slabs :-).. don't buy. All other replies are filled by builder. Don't ever buy from this builder! For this bulder the slabs complete really fast but the rest of it never happens. I booked an apartment in VDB Celadon in 2009, Apartment was handed over in 2014 and work on club house is still not finished. Electricity is still not proper.... we are running on commercial electricity provided during construction.
As per my knowledge, the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 4800. The basic selling price of the apartment ranges from Rs 57.89 Lac - 1.26 Cr ( approx)
