1. The project was delayed by more than 4 years 2. Builder sold 25 addition car parking, blocking the fire exit area. 3. The club house is not complete. 4. No proper electricity connection has been provided till date. We don't get BESCOM bills, builder generates bills and we have to pay and mind you the bills are more then double normal rate. 5. After sales is very very poor. He was very sweet when he sold us apartment after that he has been very rude. 6. There is leakages all over parking and apartment. Owners have corrected leakages using their own money.
