Hi Janak, this project has all necessary approvals.. Currently builder is quoting 3500, should be negotiable! SBI approved my home loan last week. Oval experience was very good with SBI, took only 2 weeks for processing and approval.

Janak both way it looks good..Location wise its too good just 3 km from Wipro Corporate office and society wise also its good to live. Have seen the quality of construction, its better than most of the renowned builders.
I also got my loan from SBI and amount is credited in builders account , my flat is F-29. today I had visited already they finished chipping work for electrical wiring in our flat.

According to the builder, registration would be around April 2015. The construction is going at a faster pace. they have already raised all floors and bricks for 5 blocks.
i think right now it is going around 3400-3450 per sq.ft.

Hi swtech, We have already received the sbi approval letter and sbi has already sanctioned the loan considering this as one of the documents. When you approach the builder and ask for it they will provide you the same and for your satisfaction you can verify it with any of the sbi branches. The approval letter is from sbi branch horamavu.

Hi guys we have booked a 2bhk flat in trifecta. All the documents re perfect and we have even started the loan process with sbi.....so when sib comes into picture the project has to be legally perfect. And moreover I was happy with the pace at which the work is going on...the project is also approved by sib...and we even got an legal opinion on this one at the onset of the loan process. Dear All, I recently visited the project site. All looks good from my perspective. I am planning to book 2 BKH. Clarification required on few areas: - - Is this approved by BDA?.. what is the approval number… they haven't mentioned this in their site or in Brochure! - Did anyone verify the documents?.. any issues seen? - Has anybody taken loan from SBI? - Is there any deviations reported? is OC promised? - Any idea bout road extension? Hi subin. I have checked the bad approval letter and so the same was verified by a I as well. The bda approval number will be in the bad approval letter itself which they will provide u upon request They will be providing an oc and a a Khama upon completion. There is also a proposal for road extension...as per my info.

This project has SBI approval and i got the approval copy from builder. So far as construction is concerned it looks good..! Completion time as per builder is April 2015 with 5 months grace Period. But looking at the pace of their work in this and their other projects it should get completed by April or max by grace period.
