Hi, I have also bought a 3bhk apartment here. It is under construction. Location is fantastic. Delhi Public School is next door. Oakbridge School is walkable distance. All important software companies are within 1-3 Kms. ORR is 1 Km away. 120 ft wide road on the front is under construction. Its calm and serene place.

Gachibowli is nice locality and all planned residential ventures are coming like Aliens, Aparna and Sai Rahgava. Very near to Wipro, Microsoft, Infosys, Polaris and ICICI offices. Very less traffic and is good place to live. Gated community with expected amenities schools, banks, Lingapally railway station and groceries reachable distance.
