Hello Sankalp, Overall it is a good locality to live in Majiwada as it is free from hustle bustle traffic of the city. One can come across plenty of greenery and natural beauty in this locality. There are few lakes and Yeoor hills located at a few kms from the project. Thane station is approx 8 kms and one can also access the project by taking the Eastern Expressway Highway. Heard that the current sqft rate that is prevailing in the market in Majiwada is approx Rs. 10600 per sqft.
Hi, Came to know that due to recent boom in the real estate market, locality in and around Majiwada is experiencing a hike of 16% price appreciation which shows a positive trend. Since many residential developments are taking place and good connectivity is making this place a bee hive for buyers and builders as many are flocking this area.
Hello Vinay, The flats come in 2 and 3 BHK units. The area for 2 BHK unit is approx 1135 sqft and costs approx 1.12 crore onwards. 3 BHK come with an area of 1500 sqft onwards and costs Rs. 1.48 crore. Many banks like Axis bank, ICICI bank and HDFC bank have approved for loans for this project.
Hey, also heard that the builder is offering good amenities such as swimming pool, 100% power backup, tennis court, play area, gym and club house. Looks like the price they are quoting is reasonably ok since you are getting large area say approx 1135 sqft for this rate.

Hi Abhi, Came to know that work is progressing and completion schedule is by Dec 2016.The apartments have 14 blocks having 33 floors in each block and the project was launched 8 months back.
