Got in touch with executive and mentioned that the apartments have sufficient water to cater to the daily requirements. The flats have corporation connection as well as borewater connection which is more than enough to meet the daily requirements. The bores are dug upto a 800 feet below the ground level.

Q:We are a young couple from Mumbai looking to buy a flat in Thane....we came across two ready towers of Lodha Luxuria ...what is the market rate of a 2BHK at Lodha Luxuria? They have promised us amenities to be done by June2013 which I clearly don't believe.....I also read that some plots of the proposed complex are still not registered...can somebody help on advising us here on the feasibility of putting our savings into this project?
Q:Has Lodha indicated how flat buyers will be compensated for delay in construction of building and handing over flats to the flat buyers. If no, what action plan is proposed by the buyers?
Latest Answer: i am following up with them for compensation however they are not replying with complete details. the common reason is delay technical and reasons beyond their control( they have the clause mentioned on agreement) , they are avoiding the detail explanation actual reason is they have defaulted on municipal norms such a building extra 2-3 floors than the actual plan and launching an additional building casa grande in same land which was suppose to be a open area for casa royale, due to which the permissions were delayed. when the customers delayed the payments they conveniently charged interest to them however when it comes to their turn they are simply fooling around & they have trained their people well to do that.
