Not worth investing..lot of thefts happening..local ppl from outside trouble a lot..and society not able to do anything...clutter of buildings with very limited amenities...no enough open space for kids to play and for walking for elders...everywhere only buildings and every house can prep into the opposite house

@Vivek: The price for 3bhk would be Rs. 1.38Cr - Rs. 1.44Cr for 1505 - 1570 sq.ft, for 2bhk the price would be Rs . 1.04Cr - Rs. 1.07Cr for 1135 - 1170 sq.ft.

Hey as far as I know amenities Swimming Pool, Play Area, Security, Club House, Cafeteria, Tennis Court
Gymnasium, Indoor Games etc are provided. The banks such as HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , ICICI Bank , All Leading Bank have approvals for home loans.

@Sanjana: This project is located in Near Majiwada Junction, Thane West. As far as I know It is a very good and posh area. It is a very busy road day in and day out. Best for ATM, Sweet Shop and Tattoo Salon, eatery on the go etc. We could meet up and see the site together and take it forward accordingly.
