Yes the project is Vaastu Complaint. The project is offering amenities like high alert security with video door phones, spacious parking area, rain water harvesting, exclusive club house with modern amenities, sewage treatment plant, hydro pneumatic fresh water supply and much more.

Hey Varun, As far as i know the booking amount they are asking for is Rs 2 lakhs and the rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 3800. This month the price of a 3 bhk villas will cost your around Rs 63 lakhs but next month they are planning to increase the price of the villas to Rs 67 lakhs.
