Hi Ravi, The locality is well connected by bus and local trains. There are buses originating from Vartak Nagar bound for western suburbs and central localities in Mumbai. Thane station is the nearest railway station which is approx 5 kms from Vartak Nagar. As far the stray dog menace is concerned, the muncipal authorities have taken many steps in catching them. Now the stray dog nos have drastically come down.
Hi, Does the locality has any power issues?? How is the approach and connectivity to the project. Came to know that there are many stray dogs in this locality. Has the authorities taken any action regarding this??
Hello Bikram, Hope you are having a good day!!! :) Since I am living in this locality for quite several years I have not come across any major power problems except during summer months where there will be power cuts for some time. Apart from this issue we dont face any power or water issues as we get 24 hrs water in Vartak Nagar.

Hi, Came to know that Saaga Ekta Sahakari has 1 and 2 BHK flats. The area for 1 BHK is about 750 sqft and price varies from Rs. 55 lakh which include registration and taxes. 2 BHK have an area of 875 sqft and is priced at Rs. 65 lakh onwards. The project offers some good amenities like children play area, swimming pool, club house, jogging track, community hall, security and standby power.
Hello Deepankar, Came to know that construction of the work is in full swing and possession is likely by Dec 2016. The project was launched 1 year back. Recently visited their site in Vartak Nagar.
