Would like to know how good is the locality for investment??? Are there any chances of price going up in terms of appreciation. Do let me know as i have plan of buying a property in Ghodbunder Road.

The property prices are getting sold like hot pan cakes in Ghodbunder Road. Since the property market is going through a rapid boom in recent times, Ghodbunder Road is becoming one of the main investment center for many builders. Besides good connectivity to Thane station, medical centers, hospitals, multiplexes and entertainment hubs, more people are buying property in Ghodbunder Road.

Heard that the schools have good academic curriculum and have well trained and experienced teachers to teach various subjects. Also came to know that fees charged by these schools are reasonable and have well equipped facilities like canteen, library and pick up and drop facilities.

May I know what is the rate for the 2 BHK flats in this unit and what is the present rate per sqft. Are there any good reputed schools in and near the project as I want to enroll my children in good school??

The builder is charging Rs. 7200 as sqft rate in this unit. The price for 2 BHK comes to approx 68 lakhs having an area of 940 sqft. Also came across the project is centrally located from many reputed schools lying within a radius of approx 3 kms.

Other day visited the project site and saw work is going on for this project. Came to know that the builder will handover the possession by mid 2016.

Came to know that Uma Acropolis has 2 blocks consisting of 18 floors each. The flats have 1 and 2 BHK units with good amenities located in central locality in Ghodbunder Road.
