How is Raj Altezza now since the RERA date is Dec 2019. what are the changes to RERA date getting extended or revised. What is the cost for 2bhk. kindly help
Good that you did not go with this property. I booked in 2010 and was told that we will get the possession in 2013 . now in 2017 only 50% work is completed and most probably will get the possession Dec.2019

For your kind information, Mulund west has good transport system. There are good BEST services from Mulund going towards Thane, western suburbs, central suburbs and Navi Mumbai. One can also take the Mumbai local which are fast and cheaper mode of public transport in this city. As you mentioned that your workplace will be in Thane, it will be ideal if you find a flat in Mulund since Mulund west is just 8 kms from Thane.

Hey Dear Praveen, 2 BHK are priced at about 1.45 crore having an area of 1100 sqft. The builder is quoting Rs.13400 as rate per sqft. Flats in Raj Altezza offer the best of amenities like swimming pool, jogging track, gym with treadmill and latest equipments, door phone, 24 hr security, power back up, 24 hr water etc.
Hello Abhi, In fact I have booked a 2 BHK flat in Raj Altezza some time back. They do not have any 1 BHK flats in this project. They have only 2 and 3 BHK flats.

Came to know through company executive that Raj Altezza is one of the ongoing residential projects being developed by Rajesh Life Spaces which is coming up in prime location at Ambika Nagar situated in Mulund west. Mostly the possession will be given by Dec 2015.
