Dear Jerome,
The property rate that is currently prevailing in Mulund west is Rs.13904 per sqft. I am a resident of Mulund west for last many years. I have purchased a flat in Neptune Lotus. So far we have not faced any water problem as such since the locality has municipal water connections and the flats have bore-water.

May I know what is the present property trend going on in Mulund west? Does the locality has any water or power problems??? Where should I invest in propety?? Mulund west or Mulund east??

Hi Ashish,
There is no doubt that you will get good return for property invested in Mulund west right now. But since the real estate market is dependent on economy and market factors, prices may fluctuate up and down. But trade analysts have predicted that prices are bound to go high in next 4 years. Certainly this is the right time to buy or invest in a property in this locality.

Hello Ramesh,
Rupji Signature is well connected by road and rail mode of transport. It is close to Eastern Express Highway and also just few kms from Western Express Highway. BEST run their daily schedule from Mulund Bus Depot to Borivali, Thane, Vashi, Nerul, Ghatkopar, Vikroli, Bhandup and also to Andheri. Mulund station is just about 3 kms from the site. The flats are located just behind Croma mall. Many schools, colleges, hypermarkets and hospitals are located within a radius of 3 kms from Rupji Signature.

Many leading banks like HSBC, IDBI, HDFC and ICICI are offering loans for this project. You can take the loan as per your requirements and can repay them through monthly EMI's. Once you are done with the documentation part, loan will be sanctioned in 2 days time.

Hello Kishore,
Rupji Signature has 1 BHK flats having an area ranging from 550 sqft to 625 sqft. The price for 525 sqft flat comes to approx 55 lakhs and price for flat measuring 625 sqft costs approx 62.50 lakhs. The builder is quoting Rs. 10000 as rate per sqft. The prices of the flats does not include tax, registration and VAT charges. They are to be paid extra.

Came to know that the work has already been commenced 6 months back and possession is likely by May 2016. It is a single phase building having 22 floors situated in ACC Road in Mulund west.
