Imperial Garden is one of the finest creation of Skyline builder at Kaloor in Cochin. This project is ready to move as it was launched in 2 and 1/2 years back. This consists of four towers, each of 20 floors height. They are named, LORDS (totally 76 units), BARONS (totally 75 units), KNIGHTS (totally 75 units) and DUKES (totally 76 units). These towers are well separated with lot of space in between. Only 3BHK from 2215-2600 sq.ft is available in resale value. Whereas the price for 2215 sq.ft is around 1.35 crores and 2600 sq.ft is 1.5 crores approx including all charges.
