Hi, Can I know which are the banks are providing loans for this project and what specifications does the project have. How about the amenities provided by the builder. Do I have to pay for car parking separately or does it includes in the cost of the flat.
Hi, Several banks like Corporation bank, HDFC, SBI, ICICI, Axis bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank have approved for loans for this project. Heard that the flats are coming up with international amenities like badmington court, swimming pool, Wifi connection, club house, community hall, multi gym and landscape garden. I think one need to pay extra for car parking and it does not cover the total price of the flat.
Hi Vineet, Well in fact you can go ahead and book a flat in this project as per your requirement and budget. I dont see there would be any huge difference or impact the elections will make in property market. Since the time is right for purchasing property why delay in buying it. In my view you should book the flat at the earliest without much delay as they may get sold out in due course of time.
Hi, I am planning to book a property in Runwal Anthurium which is coming up in Mulund west. Is the time is right for booking or should I wait for some time like 2 months for elections to get over. Hi, This is the right time to purchase a property since the prices have not gone very high. You can definitely expect a good appreciation value for the property invested now as the market is witnessing a boom in current times. But I cant guarantee you to what extent or % of appreciation you will get as this depends on external and market factors.

Hello madam, Yes in fact the project has acquired all the required approvals from BMC. The flats are located in LBS Marg which is in the heart of Mulund west. One can come across several malls, hotels, hypermarkets and banks in and around the apartments. Moreover the flats are located just about 15 minutes drive from Mulund station and near to Eastern Express Highway.
Hello Lalit, I would like to mention that the connectivity and transport is very good as BEST operates their routine schedules. Moreover local trains are also available from Mulund station which is just 2 kms from the project site. One can take the Mumbai local trains to go to Thane, Kalyan, Kasara and beyond in north and towards Bhandup, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Sion, Dadar and CST towards central and south Mumbai.
Hey Rakshit, Recently even I too have booked a flat in this project. Came to know that 2 BHK comes with a built up area of 1185 sqft and is priced at 1.40 crore. Yes the bookings has already been started. Heard that the bookings are going on a brisk pace and flats will be allotted on first cum first serve basis.

Dear Rakshit, Work has already been commenced in Runwal Anthurium which has 4 blocks having 31 floors. Mostly the possession will take place by Dec 2016. It is one of the ongoing projects by Runwal Group which is in LBS Marg in Mulund west. By the way you have not listed what is your requirement. ie are you looking for 1,2, or 3 BHK.
