Q: What are the future prospects on investing in this locality? Will it fetch good returns in coming years?

During weekend to watch movies Cinemax Multiplex is located just 1.5 km away from the locality. Blessing of this place is availability of many house maids to help for cleaning of house and cooking. It is in close proximity RBK High school, LT Tiwari Engineering Collage, Cinemax Multiplex Theater, Gym, etc Prominent landmark nearby: Galaxy Hospital, LT Tiwari Engineering Collage, Bhakti Vedanta, Tunga and Umrao Hosptial nearby. Distance from airport: 27 Km and distance from prominent railway station is 2 Km.

Q: Planning to buy a flat in Kamla Atlantis?? When will the builder hand over the project for possession.
Latest Answer: I have booked a flat in Kamla Atlantis in Nov-dec 2012. Till date construction has not started. the sales representative of Kaml, one Ms Pranali informed me that as they are yet to receive certain approvals, construction will not start for another 6-8 months. I have given a cancellation request, but the builder has not even acknowledged my request yet even after one month. Please reconsider your decision to buy from Kamla Landmarc builders. If you phone them, the executives do not pick up calls. Sometimes after attending calls they will offer to revert with information, but the call never comes. I am now struggling to get my money back. I was told that the flat would be available by June 2016.

Latest Answer: Just curious, are these plots (silicon city, sairung, kirti, ridhi-sidhi, eifel) collector sanctioned residential N.A.? What's the point in buying 2000-4000sqft plots if one is not able to construct anything.

Q: Can any resident/owner of apartment in green glen layout confirm whats the per sqft rate in low -rise apartments in the layout? In my knowledge its 4k-4.5k depending on age, quality of construction and proximity to main road.
Latest Answer: The price per square feet of an apartment in Green Glen Layout was Rs 3200 but do not know if they have increased the rate. Are you planning to buy an apartment in this project?

Latest Answer: Thank you for all of your replies. I have now posted my requirement. I am looking for 3 BHK. I tried contacting the above ad for Alaktika multiple times but did not get response from seller. The price for Hiland Woods property posted seems a little high, but wanted your opinions on what is the justified rate of a decent 3BHK+Parking in one of these complex? Thank you.
