They are harrassing existing Runwal Greens customers for extra money over the posession

Dear Harshad,

I agree with you, Runwal is charging exorbitant extra charges which he is not entitled to. At the end you feel cheated if you are being asked to pay 15-20% extra then what was promised in the beginning. His actions are questionable and can be legally stopped in case the impacted property buyers unite. How do you see the prospects of Mulund west? There is a lot of construction activity going on there. The rates in good projects there are around Rs 11500 per sq ft. Do you think it would provide 20% appreciation year-on-year for first 5 years now?

It is a very good investment location and the actual returns will depend on market forces but in the long-term, they will give you very good returns because of well planned infrastructure tend to take place shortly in this locality.

Hi Ravi,
Indeed the connectivity is too good with adequate buses and trains available from here. BEST runs daily schedules starting from Mulund depot going towards Thane, towards western suburbs and central suburbs of Mumbai. The locality is also well connected by local trains and Mulund station is hardly 15 minutes drive from the project. One can also reach western suburbs of Mumbai like Goregaon, Andheri and Vile Parle via taking the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road.

What are the units available in Runwal Greens, price and specifications? Does the locality have good social and civic infrastructure facilities. How about the overall connectivity as I have plans of booking a flat in this project.

Dear Sandeep,
Runwal Greens has 2 BHK which have an area ranging from 1025 sqft to 1300 sqft. Price for the same is approx 1.32 crore to 1.53 crore. 3 BHK come with area spreading over 1740 sqft to 1960 sqft and the price for the same is about 2.04 crore to 2.30 crore. 4 BHK come with an area ranging from 2700 sqft to 3000 sqft and price starts from 3.17 crore onwards.

Heard that Runwal Greens is one of the ongoing projects undertaken by Runwal Group which has 8 blocks having 39 floors each situated in Mulund west on Goregaon-Mulund Link Road. The flats have 2,3, and 4 BHK with excellent amenities.
