Hello Sankalp, Several leading banks like HDFC, IDBI and ICICI have approved for loans for this project. Yes infact the project has got the required approvals from BMC. I am living in this locality for past 4 years and till now have not faced any major water crisis as such. There was some issues when some repair work was going on. But now everything is being resolved and problem has been solved.

Hi Padma, In fact the builder is quoting Rs. 12600 as rate per sqft. The apartments are available in 2,3, and 4 BHK sizes. 2 BHK comes with an area of 1245 sqft and costs approx 1.50 crore. The price for 3 BHK is about 1.77 crore and has an area measuring 1410 sqft. 4 BHK come with larger areas sprawling over 2800 sqft and are priced at Rs. 3.55 crore.
Hey Rakshit, Heard that work has commenced in Tirumala Habitat one year back. Tirumala Habitat has 5 blocks consisting of 36 floors located in LBS Marg in prime locality in Mulund west. The flats will be ready for possession by March 2016.
Hmmm, thanks for the instant reply Mr Bikram. What is the price they are charging per sqft rate and what are the units available in this project. Are the amenities good enough for the price charged? Do let me know as I am planning to book a flat in this project very soon.
