Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructures. The region incorporates the areas like Vinayaka Layout, Nallurhalli and Gandhipuram. It is enveloped by Vijaynagar, ITPL, Brookefield and Marathahalli. The region gained its popularity because of numerous IT companies and Apartments. The region is reputed because of the Sathya Sai Baba ashram and Brindavan where thousands of people come every year.

Raffles Park is a masterpiece in itself. The project is an IGBC Gold rated project, is not just about a green villa, but an entire green development. The project will have only 61 villas and 4 villas per acre.

The price of the villas starts from Rs 5 crores and according to sources the expected possession date of the project is by end of 2015.
