How is the reputation of the builder? Will it be safe to buy in this project? Till date how many projects they have completed.

The company has delivered over 10 million square feet of beautifully developed residential properties to the satisfied customers spread all over India and abroad. They are the one who introduced 0ft wide main roads in the BMRDA approved residential layouts in Bangalore. The builder has a good reputation. As far as I know they have completed around 8 projects in Bangalore.

Sarjapur road is one of the fast developing localities in Bangalore with good connectivity to IT hubs. Due to many residential establishments and upcoming IT companies, the area has seen an upward demand by the denizens of Bangalore.

Sarjapur road stands equal posh residential localities of the city such as Indiranagar or Sadashivnagar. The majority of the area is residential but side by side, it is also developing its commercial space.

When is the project getting completed and which are the banks providing home loan for this project?

JR Greenwich spreads over 12.50 acres. The expected completion date of the project is by mid 2015. Banks like HDFC and ICICI are providing home loan for this project.

JR Greenwich Phase 2 has been approved by BDA. The project offers 3 and 4 BHK Lifestyle Villas with built up 2000 sqft to 3000 sqft.on Sarjapur Road. It is around 3 km from Wipro corp. office. The price of the apartment starts from Rs.1.45 Cr on wards
