If the builder is demandng money against the block you are in & not started the rest of the block do we r liable to pay

Q: The Builder has 13 blocks for 3 BHK and only 4 has started at the pace he will take all money from us in next 1 year but the handover will be in 3 years

I dont see any such issue as the axis bank is releasing money on construction linked plan and construction is going on as per demand letter, I have booked in tower zade, regds sandeep sood m 9971489842

Spoken to the bank they say only approvals till 12thfloor in FERN & 21in JADE & 2nd floor in PALM are there.

I Think HDFC has give approvals up 16 floor in one tower and 14 floor in tower 2nd only. Go to HDFC Munirka office ask for tower wise approval of world Residency- Indrapuram.

Project means entire project. unless he starts the contraction on all the blocks he can not ask for payment. Check from the banks who have approved this project. Generally banks gives approvals floor wise check bank approvals. you can approach consumer court , but before moving court write letter to your builder and keep records with you. you don't need Advocate in this court. we have won three cases in the past.

Real Anchor Developers -World-Residency-- are not doing a fair job, they might get into some soup soon !! It seems like a scam, when they ask for funds again and again and send several letters to your place.

Builder is unfair in this, if he is demanding money and bank is not disbursing this, then its totally illegal, people might goto consumer court and they can put stay on the construction, and then builder has to return the funds of everyone with 2% monthly interest.
