the developer is quite reputed and has developed many IT and ITES, SEZs as well as Commercial and residential projects. i was told that TATA Capital is providing loans for this project.
well this is quite ideally located with Mcdonald, Subways and shopping mall nearby... the Hindon river too is within 5-6 kms radius... the 3C oxygen SEZ is just behind this project
Hi... they are saying that the project will be finished and given for possession in 3 years and a buffer of 6months..so if all goes well this will be ready by mid of 2017....
Hi Saran, the project was launched somewhere in Dec 2013 and is priced at Rs 5000-7000 per sqft depending on location. They have 2 payment plans for the villas that is the construction linked plan and the down payment plan...the CLP linked will cost around 3.30 Crore while it will be 2.5Cr for the down payment plan...
sure saran, these are ultra luxury villas that are lake facing in a 25 acre township that consists of commercial , apartments and the luxury villas. It is located in sector 144 that is near the noida expressway .
