Tambaram East is a very prime location in Chennai with great connectivity, school, sez, bus stop local and out side city, parallel to railway track and near to station, college and bank. Only 12 km from airport. All facilities are available in this locality.

What is the current price per sq ft ?? Which all banks have tie up with this project ?

Hey Pavan, the completion date will be by may 2014. The price for 3bhk will be around Rs 57.31 lakhs onwards for 1271 - 1274 sq ft.
